Software Engineer - Contract

Job Summary The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software applications and systems. The role requires strong technical expertise and extensive software development experience. The successful candidate will work closely with relevant teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality software solutions that support the company’s products and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and backend services. Develop scalable and reliable system architecture and technical solutions. Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code in accordance with engineering standards. Participate in technical planning, architecture design, and solution evaluation. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance, stability, and security. Lead or contribute to code reviews and ensure software quality through testing and engineering best practices. Collaborate with relevant teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Maintain technical documentation for system design, development, deployment, and support. Support production systems and resolve critical technical issues when required. Evaluate and adopt suitable technologies to improve development efficiency and system capabilities. Perform other duties assigned by management. Job Requirements Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of professional experience in software development or a related technical role. Experience in fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or other technology-driven industries is preferred. Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Go, Python, C++, JavaScript, or similar. Extensive experience in backend development, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and system architecture. Strong understanding of software engineering principles, development methodologies, and coding best practices. Experience in system performance optimization, security, scalability, and production support. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage complex technical assignments. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
