Senior Learning & Development Manager

Location: Jalan Besar Salary: Up to SGD7,500 (commensurate with experience) Working Hours:5‑day work week, Monday to Friday Responsibilities Identify, source, and curate learning programmes to strengthen core communications and capability development Evaluate and package training modules from external providers, and maintain a structured learning repository mapped to defined competencies and proficiency levels Plan and deliver communications‑focused webinars and learning sessions, including coordination with industry practitioners and subject‑matter experts Coordinate an annual learning calendar and support quarterly planning cycles Design and implement internal engagement initiatives to promote learning offerings and encourage participation Build and manage partnerships with training institutions and industry professionals Provide project management and coordination support for digital and in‑person learning initiatives Support the planning, execution, and administration of ongoing learning activities Requirements 5–7 years of relevant experience in learning and development, capability development, or a related field Proven experience in sourcing and curating training programmes Strong project management, coordination, and organisational skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) By sending us your personal data and curriculum vitae (CV),you are deemed to consent to PERSOLSingapore Pte Ltdand its affiliatesto collect, use and disclose your personal data for the purposes set out in thePrivacy Policy available at https://www.persolsingapore.com/policies.
