Job Details: Office Location: AMK (Hybrid Arrangement) Basic Salary + Commission Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Aesthetic Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion for our medical aesthetic products and devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other medical professionals while implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings to drive business opportunities. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers. Provide product training, education, and ongoing customer support. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account engagement. Market Research & Strategy Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to support business strategies. Sales Reporting & Operations Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts. Prepare sales reports and business updates for management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Other Responsibilities Participate in product training and professional development activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline. Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetics, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
