Survey Designer Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Salary: Up to $4,200/month Contract: 6 + 6 Months Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30AM - 6.00PM We are looking for a Survey Designer to create and optimise survey solutions by combining research methodology, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and respondent experience. Key Responsibilities Engage stakeholders to understand business, policy, and data collection requirements Design end-to-end surveys, including questionnaire development, data collection methods, branching logic, validation rules, and system deployment Analyse internal and external data to optimise survey design and reduce respondent burden Improve survey quality and efficiency through AI, automation, and advanced analytics Prototype and test innovative data collection methods, including chatbots, conversational forms, and AI-assisted surveys Present survey design recommendations and insights to stakeholders Drive continuous improvements to survey processes and user experience Requirements ✔ Degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline ✔ Candidates with relevant coursework or practical experience are welcome to apply ✔ Experience in survey design, research methodology, data analysis, or related fields ✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ✔ Familiarity with AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or generative AI applications ✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
