About this role
Officer (Victim Support & Case Management) Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Officers to support scam victims throughout the Restriction Order (RO) period. Engage victims, explain RO processes, provide anti-scam education, and promote recovery and self-protection. Coordinate referrals to community and support agencies, and facilitate victim engagement activities and support groups. Monitor case progress, identify ongoing risks, and escalate concerns where necessary. Maintain accurate case records, assessments, and reports in compliance with organisational requirements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective case management and service delivery. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Criminology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. Experience in case management, victim support, social services, counselling, or community outreach would be an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage sensitively with vulnerable individuals. Good organisational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment. Compassionate, resilient, and committed to supporting individuals through recovery and rehabilitation.
