Trade Finance Ops (Banking, Import & Export Documentary Credits (L/C), $5.5K) (Id: 706435)

Responsibilities: Manage the full spectrum of documentary trade transactions. Provide operational support and guidance for trade finance transactions. Process trade service and finance transactions, including letter of credit (LC) advising, issuance, and documents processing. Liaise with clients regarding documentary aspects of transactions. Handle accounting entries, reconciliation, and reporting related to trade services and finance. Ensure compliance of trade documents with the terms and conditions of LCs. Administer documents pertinent to trade transactions. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/GCE ‘A’ level with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Trade Services and Finance within banking is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a collaborative team player capable of adapting to organizational and stakeholder needs. Experience in managing import and export transactions. Familiarity with UCP600, ISBP, URC, URR, and Incoterms is preferred. Meticulous nature with a working knowledge of AML/CFT regulations relevant to trade finance is preferred. Ability to collaborate across teams, including remittance, loan administration, treasury settlement, and onboarding. CITF and/or CDCS certification is preferable but not mandatory.
