Qualification: 20+ years for Executive Director/Executive, managing IT projects in the banking industry. Payments, Trade Finance, Lending, and Markets Exposure to Asia Pacific markets Extensive experience leading large-scale, multi-market platform implementations in banking or financial services, with a strong focus on Trade Finance. Demonstrated ability to manage scope, quality, risk, and budget while balancing competing priorities. Strong leadership skills with a track record of aligning diverse teams and driving accountability. Deep understanding of banking technologies and experience with solutions such as CGI Trade360, FIS ACBS, Finastra GPP, Oracle FLEXCUBE, and Oracle ERP preferred. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting delivery progress to senior executives. Proficiency in managing culturally diverse teams and navigating multi-country implementation complexities.
