IT Application HR Support Lead - SuccessFactors Brief Summary: We are seeking a seasoned IT Application HR Support Lead to oversee and enhance the performance of enterprise HR applications. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence and compliance across HR systems. Responsibilities: Manage daily support operations for HR applications, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Oversee SAP systems, including SuccessFactors, Concur, and EC Payroll, ensuring stability and effective issue resolution. Perform hands-on support, configuration, and testing during critical periods to maintain service continuity. Coordinate upgrade and change management across local Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure minimal disruptions. Lead a team of HR systems analysts, providing mentorship and fostering expertise across the Centre of Excellence. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders for requirements gathering and issue resolution. Maintain comprehensive documentation on system processes and workflows, and enforce documentation standards across CoEs. Engage with vendors and support partners to enhance system performance and stability. Requirements: University degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a relevant field. Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP HR systems, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Concur. Proven experience in managing HR system support and integrations across multiple domains. Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and demonstrated vendor management skills. Certification in ITIL, PMP, or SAP HR/SuccessFactors is preferred. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities. Ability to lead teams effectively in a high-pressure, global support setting.
