Responsibilities: Lead the expansion and growth of Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS), Cooling, and decarbonisation initiatives in the region. Formulate and implement growth strategies aligned with overarching business objectives. Identify and secure new business opportunities across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, healthcare, data centres, and hospitality. Manage comprehensive business development activities, encompassing customer engagement, contract negotiations, and investment proposals. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with stakeholders, including customers, government agencies, and technology providers. Maintain a robust business pipeline, while achieving targeted growth, revenue, and profitability outcomes. Cultivate strong relations with joint venture partners, ensuring commercial and financial objectives are met. Oversee governance, financial performance, and risk management within the regional portfolio. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 10–15 years of relevant experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors. Proven expertise in business development, financial modelling, and contract negotiations. Experience in managing profit and loss (P&L) and operations within joint ventures or strategic partnerships. Strong leadership capabilities, alongside effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
