Foundation Ip Design Engineer

Job Description Assist in the design and implementation of high-performance, low-power circuits or Memory IPs under the guidance of senior engineers. Study the architecture of standard cells or Memory IPs and track industry-leading design methodologies. Collaborate with the digital back-end team to complete the physical implementation and analyze circuit performance, utilizing layout or physical design experience. Participate in analyzing issues encountered during the design process and assist in proposing solutions under the guidance of senior engineers. Assist in the design and verification of circuit modules for test chip projects. Job Requirements Master’s degree in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Master the fundamental principles of semiconductor physics and digital/analog integrated circuits. Possess the basic ability to use EDA tools such as SPICE and Virtuoso for circuit design, simulation, and debugging. Candidates with relevant experience in standard cell libraries, custom circuits, or Memory IP are an added advantage. 1-3 years of relevant experience in circuit design, though outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered. Demonstrate strong learning ability, a rigorous and detail-oriented work attitude, and good teamwork spirit, with a strong interest in high-performance and low-power circuit design.
