IT Auditor (Banking, Central)

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Auditor to independently execute IT audits, assess technology and cybersecurity risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within a regulated environment. Contract: 6 months Location: Central Salary up to $12000 Key Responsibilities Conduct IT audits and evaluate the effectiveness of security and technology controls. Perform gap assessments against MAS regulations and industry standards. Identify control weaknesses and recommend practical remediation actions. Conduct risk assessments and support audit issue remediation. Collaborate with business, technology, and audit stakeholders. Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management. Track and validate closure of audit findings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. 10+ years of experience in IT Audit, Technology Risk, IT Compliance, or Information Security Governance. Strong knowledge of MAS TRM Guidelines, Cyber Hygiene Notice, and Payment Services regulations. Experience within banking, financial services, FinTech, or consulting environments preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CIA are advantageous.
