Senior Finance Executive | Up To $5000 | Contract | Hospitality/Real Estate

Duration : Mid-September 2026 to 26 March 2027 Salary : up to $5,000 Location : Novena area Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Annual Leave: pro-rated based on 7 days/ year (Senior)/Executive (Finance) The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping full sets of accounts and attending to financial matters for development property companies. Key Responsibilities: • Keep full sets of accounts in SAP, including but not limited to all asp cts of progress billings (including AML check), payment to contractors, GST submission, monitoring of cashflow/loan/interest repayments • Prepare monthly financial reports for the management • Handle external auditors for annual audit and internal auditors for periodic reviews • Prepare annual budget and forecast • Assisting with ad-hoc requests for information from other departments or projects and/or administrative tasks for the Finance Department.
