Sales Support Assistant (Pioneer) - 3Mths Convertible - Up $2760

Business Development & Lead Support Conduct research on prospective customers across industries such as Retail (Beauty), E-commerce, Healthcare, Wine & Spirits, FMCG, and Automotive. Build and maintain a database of potential business opportunities and target accounts. Support outreach initiatives, including contact identification and meeting arrangement. Assist the team in managing and tracking sales leads and customer enquiries. Market Research & Insights Gather and analyse market information, industry developments, and competitor activities within the logistics and supply chain sector. Monitor customer trends and identify emerging business opportunities. Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and customer engagement materials. Customer Engagement Coordination Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, discussions, and follow-up activities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and engagement activities. Assist with ongoing relationship management and customer communication efforts. Sales Operations & Administration Prepare sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and business development trackers. Ensure customer and prospect information is updated and maintained in internal systems. Provide administrative support to the Sales and Account Management teams as required. Assist in compiling data and documentation for management reporting and business reviews. Job Requirements: Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Detail-oriented with good organizational and coordination abilities. Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of business support responsibilities. Previous experience in sales support, administration, customer service, or business development support would be an advantage.
