Project Management Officer (East, Established Mnc)

Our client is hiring a poject management officer to assist with project coordination, supporting IT transformation and project governance. Contract: 6 Months Location: Changi Salary up to $7500 Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and activities across stakeholders and project teams. Track project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and status reports. Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items. Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues when required. Support resource planning, budget tracking, and vendor coordination. Generate regular project dashboards and management reports. Ensure compliance with project governance and documentation standards. Assist with change requests and project audit activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline. 2–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Administration. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams). Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
