About this role

Salary: UP $3,300 per month Office Location: Central - Newton/Clarke Quay area (Mostly Islandwide due to field visit) Working Period: 1 year (renew or extend depending on project requirements) Working Days: 5 days work per week Monday – Sunday (Based on duty roster). Up to 44 hours per week Responsibilities: Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents’ issues Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline Provide status report to the supervisor Requirements: Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred Willing and able to persuade respondents to participate in surveys Able to work in high pressure, stressful situations Selected candidates are required to complete the training course and passed the tests based on the given criteria Interested candidates, please click on the following link to begin your job search journey and submit your curriculum vitae (CV) directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO.
