Logistics Coordinator (Apac)

📍 Location: Singapore 💰 Salary: Up to $4,200/month 🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday 🌴 Annual Leave: 15 Days Responsibilities: Coordinate daily outbound shipments across the APAC region, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Support warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of inventory. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records through regular stock checks and system updates. Coordinate return merchandise (RMA) processes, including tracking returned items and replacement activities. Support replenishment planning to ensure sufficient inventory and spare parts availability. Manage the storage and distribution of spare parts to customers, field personnel, and internal teams. Prepare and process shipment, inventory, and logistics-related documentation. Liaise with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Maintain warehouse organization and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Team-oriented with good communication and coordination skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
