Coordinate with the Baggage Coordinator (BC) and Engineering Baggage Control Room Supervisors for any areas to focus on during start of shift at the BHA. Ensure daily manning levels of the GHA for arrival, departure, and transfer handling are sufficient. Prepare and send various reports/SitReps to the Baggage Coordinator to collate and report. Ensure the BHA is always kept clean and tidy by working with FM External and other stakeholders. Report to FMC for any issues with the facilities and cleaning. Facilitate Joint Inspections with stakeholders together with Airside Support Officers or higher.
