Senior Operation Manager (Call Centre)

Survey Senior Operations Manager Location: Clarke Quay (On-site) Salary: Up to $8,000/month Contract: Till 31 December 2026 Reporting To: Assistant Project Director We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to provide operational leadership, drive governance and transformation initiatives, and oversee cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of large-scale survey operations. Key Responsibilities Provide operational leadership and governance across multiple operational functions Monitor service delivery, productivity, workforce performance, and operational effectiveness Drive accountability, operational priorities, and timely resolution of risks and issues Facilitate operational review meetings and governance discussions Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and collaboration Resolve operational bottlenecks and inter-departmental issues Support transformation initiatives, operating model implementation, and continuous process improvements Drive operational integration, automation, and change management initiatives Support client engagements, operational reviews, and stakeholder communications Manage complex operational escalations and ensure service excellence Coach and mentor operational managers while supporting leadership development and succession planning Lead operational recovery during service disruptions, manpower shortages, and critical incidents Serve as the acting Operations Director when required Requirements ✔ Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline preferred ✔ Minimum 10 years of operational leadership experience ✔ Proven experience managing large-scale operations and service delivery teams ✔ Experience in contact centre, BPO, survey operations, field operations, or service delivery environments is highly preferred ✔ Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience ✔ Excellent operational problem-solving and decision-making skills ✔ Experience leading organisational change, operational transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
