Project Admin (1-Year Contract / Novena)

Location : Novena Salary : $3500 - 3800/month Contract : 1 year (renewable/convertible based on performance & business needs) Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm Key Responsibilities: Support Change Manager and Service Delivery Manager in preparing weekly and monthly reports. Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely submission of reports and documentation. Assist in report consolidation and presentation to customers. Ensure compliance with document control procedures and support annual document reviews. Manage staff onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain and update staff records and training compliance status. Support internal and external audit activities and track audit findings to closure. Assist with PMO administrative functions, including asset administration and annual asset verification. Monitor service requests and provide monthly status reporting. Support team welfare initiatives, meeting room bookings, and team events. Requirements: GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent. Must have relevant experience providing administrative support in a project or PMO environment. Experience supporting Project Managers and implementing PMO processes. Able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage reporting timelines. Familiar with project governance and project lifecycle processes. Experience in billing operations and PMO coordination is advantageous. Knowledge of ITIL Service Management will be an added advantage.
