IT & Av Support (Contract/ Roaming)

Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Perform daily checks (with basic and comprehensive checklist) for AV equipment such as checking if Project is working, wireless microphone has sufficient battery, etc. Prepare and standby for event Liaise with external vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and technical support. Support IT projects, office relocations, system implementations, and process improvements. Provide technical guidance and training to end users when required. Job Requirements Minimum ITE or Diploma in IT related courses Minimum 1 year experience in the AV and structured cabling support for end user facilities Driven to learn supporting Audio and Visual Devices and IT Related devices Contract Duration – 12 Months Working Location – Punggol (Candidate must be comfortable with supporting multiple buildings) Working Hours – Mondays to Fridays + Ad hoc on Saturdays Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey.
