Desktop Engineer - Roaming /Shifts

Contract Duration - 12 months Working Location - Required to support multiple Sites islandwide Support Hours - Staggered shifts Mon to Fri including Sats. - IT support for end users on multiple sites - Provide Technical support for all end users devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices printers, and approved software - Facilitate and provide technical / event support for the classroom, Lab, meeting room and other areas that have Audio Visual System. - To oversee the day-to-day teaching facility operations, which include loan of portable devices, accessory and supplying of consumable items such as battery for wireless mic. Job Requirements: - At least a Higher NITEC or Diploma in IT / Audio Visual related disciplines or equivalent; - At least 1 years of relevant IT support experience - Must have relevant technical IT expertise and skills. - Must have good customer service attitude and skills. - Must be comfortable with Roaming different customer sites islandwide (Main location - Clementi) Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey.
