Standby and shift work may be required Location: Central + roaming may be required Job Description Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's information security framework, including security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. Establish and manage security operational processes such as vulnerability management, security patch management, incident response, and security monitoring. Lead and manage the Security Operations (SecOps) team to ensure effective operation of security tools, technologies, and security monitoring activities. Administer and support security platforms including ArcSight, Splunk, McAfee/Trellix, and Tenable Nessus to monitor, detect, and respond to security threats. Conduct security assessments, audits, and vulnerability reviews to identify security risks and recommend remediation measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into infrastructure, systems, and business operations. Develop long-term cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives and evolving threat landscapes. Ensure compliance with security standards, governance, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners, including supporting certification requirements with strategic security vendors. Promote security awareness and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices. Support regional and global security initiatives and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline. At least 6 years of experience in IT Security, Cybersecurity, or Security Operations, with leadership experience managing security teams. Must possess a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification. Strong experience developing and implementing information security policies, security governance frameworks, and operational security processes. Hands-on experience with security technologies such as ArcSight, Splunk, McAfee/Trellix, and Tenable Nessus. Experience in vulnerability management, incident response, security monitoring, and Security Operations Centre (SOC) environments. Good understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks and security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS. Experience conducting security assessments, audits, and implementing security controls across enterprise environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical security concepts to business users. Experience working with regional or global teams and managing external vendors is an advantage.
