Retail Sales Associates (Swiss Timepieces/Orchard)

Reporting to General Manager Building and maintaining long-term relationships with VIPs and luxury collectors. Advising customers on horology, technical specifications, and the craftsmanship of the Swiss Watch brands Ensuring high retail standards, handling transactions, and managing inventory. Maintain boutique cleanliness After-Sales Support - Assisting with watch servicing, warranties, and repairs Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management Requirements: Keen interest in luxury retail career. Comprehensive training will be provided for candidates with no prior luxury sales experiences but passionate in the luxury timepiece industry Strong communicator, good team player and excellent client-management skills Office location: Orchard | Working hours: 5 days’ work week inclusive of weekends on rotation basis; 10am to 8pm Salary package: Monthly basic + AWS + Performance bonus.
