Entomologist Responsibilities: Conduct service quality checks and collaborate with the Operations team to improve pest control standards Spearhead the Food Manufacturing Plant division to ensure compliance with industry best practices Identify pests, collect samples, and maintain a specimen bank with proper documentation Assist in selecting appropriate pest control chemicals, products, and equipment Conduct research on pest biology, behaviour, and control strategies, and prepare scientific reports with findings and recommendations Deliver technical training to the operations team on pest management procedures Support the Technical Director on R&D innovations and projects Qualifications: At least 2 years of relevant experience Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Bioscience, Entomology, or a related field Strong passion for entomology, with an analytical and research-driven mindset Experience in technical training is preferred Able to work day shifts; willingness to take on overnight shifts is a plus
