E-commerce & Marketing Intern 1. E-commerce Platform Management Maintain and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g. NTUC Online, Shopee, company website). Upload and manage product information, including images, descriptions, pricing, and SKU details. Create new product listings and ensure accuracy of product data. Ensure product information remains consistent across all online platforms. Monitor stock availability and coordinate product updates with relevant departments. Assist in setting up promotions, bundles, vouchers, and campaign mechanics. 2. Event Management Support Assist in planning and coordinating online and offline marketing events, including pet expos, roadshows, and in-store promotions. Support event logistics, setup, and on-site coordination when required. Prepare marketing materials and event-related content. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution. 3. Reporting & Administrative Support Assist with inventory coordination and administrative documentation. Prepare basic reports on sales performance, website traffic, and campaign results. Maintain proper records and support day-to-day operational activities. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
