Retail Sales Executive (Live Host & E-Commerce)

Tekka Gold is looking for an energetic and sales-driven individual to join our growing jewellery retail team. This role combines retail sales, daily livestream hosting, social media content creation, and online sales . Key Responsibilities Attend to walk-in customers and achieve sales targets. Host daily livestreams on social media platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Facebook and xhs. Demonstrate and sell jewellery confidently during live sessions. Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and online platforms. Create short videos and social media content. Manage product listings, online orders and inventory updates. Handle POS transactions, stock replenishment and store operations. Assist with marketing campaigns, reports and other administrative duties. Take ownership and continuously improve performance. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Requirements Passionate about sales and customer service. Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting livestreams daily. Strong communication and presentation skills. Minimum 2 years of Experience in retail sales, jewellery, TikTok Live or e-commerce is an advantage. Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers. Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or social media platforms is an advantage. Willing to work weekends, public holidays and evening livestreams. Full time, 6 working days per week.
