Job Summary As a SVP – Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing and managing a successful team. You will directly build and manage a team, and coach and mentor others across our business. Duties & Responsibilities Planning and Strategy Successfully plans for the medium term, linking team goals to wider brand/office vision Prioritizes with clear objective setting for self and team Incorporates Phaidon strategy into immediate and medium-term planning Develops and maintains succession planning focussed on proactive development of team in the medium term Client Management Grows business from existing and new clients, including securing position of preferred supplier lists (PSLs), agrees sole supplier terms of business and effectively cross sells all areas of the Phaidon International Effectively coaches team on identifying the ideal client criteria, successfully measuring, and targeting clients on this basis Drives cross division clients maximizing on group opportunities and actively generates referral business for other teams Exploits networking opportunities as…
