Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology. A proactive and results-oriented mindset. If applying for a management-level role, proven experience managing a team, and holding a budget.
