Site Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and manage Civil / Structural projects, work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule. Work force planning & designing for demolition and regulation. Carry out inspections to ensure that the works meets the quality standard. Preparing Risk Assignments. Preparing Permit Paper & Daily Toolbox. Manpower Management & Maintaining Manpower Report. Site planning, coordination, and execution of matters to construction project. Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and competition of work. Liaise with consultants to carry out inspections and audits. Carry out full time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations. Job Requirement Bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent 10-12 years Manpower Management Experience. Should have experience in 24/7 operations Site safety and Knowledge in Risk assessment is advantage Should have Knowledge in Demolition Projects Immediate Vacancy
