What You Do As a Personal Wealth Manager, you will be based at one of our island-wide branches, delivering comprehensive financial advisory and banking solutions to customers. Your key responsibilities include: Providing holistic financial advisory services by introducing suitable wealth management solutions, including insurance, investments, mortgage solutions, unit trusts, structured deposits, and other approved financial products. Working together with the Branch Manager to create monthly business plans, achieve sales objectives, and support customer growth initiatives. Using a consultative sales approach to understand customers’ financial priorities, life goals, and risk profiles before recommending appropriate solutions. Managing customer account opening and ongoing servicing activities while ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Engaging customers through phone consultations, branch interactions, and after-sales support while addressing enquiries and service needs professionally. Supporting branch activities, customer events, roadshows, and appointments to strengthen customer engagement and business performance. Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular portfolio reviews, meaningful conversations, and relevant financial recommendations. Requirements Preferably has a Degree or a Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant retail banking sales experience. Fresh grads are welcome to apply. Results-oriented go-getter who works well under pressure. Prepared to have flexible working hours that may include working on weekends. Candidates with more than 2 years of relevant financial advisory experiences and proven sales records will be considered for Senior Personal Wealth Manager position. This role is suited for you if you: Have an interest in financial planning, wealth management, and helping customers achieve their goals. Enjoy engaging with people and developing strong relationships through conversations. Are comfortable working in a branch environment, supporting customers, delivering service excellence, and achieving performance objectives through financial advisory. Take pride in delivering quality work and continuously improving yourself. Are willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends for customer events when required.
