Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence. Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and partners. Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and promotions. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry. Prior experience in a managerial or team leadership role preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Knowledge of automotive products, financing, and customer management. Self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
