Job Summary The Assistant Store Manager supports daily outlet operations and leads team management to ensure smooth, safe activities and excellent customer service at PLAYON. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in coordinating daily outlet operations to maintain efficient workflow Supervise front desk, floor, and event staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards Monitor and ensure safe, smooth operation of all activity zones to provide a secure environment for guests Respond promptly to customer enquiries, feedback, and on-site incidents to maintain satisfaction and safety Manage staff scheduling, training, and task allocation to optimize team productivity and service quality Conduct regular equipment, cleanliness, and safety inspections to uphold operational standards Coordinate birthday parties, corporate events, and group bookings to support business growth Support achievement of sales targets and prepare basic operational reports to track performance Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience in retail, F&B, indoor attractions, entertainment, or customer service Strong communication, customer service, and team leadership skills demonstrated through managing teams and customer interactions Ability to manage operational issues independently with a responsible, hands-on approach Comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule Required competencies and certifications Availability to work on weekends, school holidays, and public holidays to meet operational needs Effective communication skills in English to interact with customers and staff
