Part-Time Clinic Assistant Wanted (Preferably Students) 📍Whampoa Drive 📅 Starting from July onwards Job Summary Join our team as a part-time clinic assistant supporting patient registration, appointment scheduling, clinic operations, and housekeeping to ensure smooth daily workflow and excellent patient service. Responsibilities Register patients accurately and schedule appointments to optimize clinic workflow Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and document management to support clinic operations Assist Doctor with daily clinic activities to maintain efficient and organized service delivery Carry out simple housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe clinic environment Use basic computer skills to update records and communicate effectively within the team Demonstrate punctuality and commitment to assigned work schedules Collaborate positively with team members and show willingness to learn new tasks Preferred competencies and qualifications Friendly and responsible attitude to foster a welcoming clinic atmosphere Ability to work well in a team with a positive mindset No prior experience required; training will be provided Other Information Flexible working arrangements available to accommodate student schedules Please send your resume to plushealth.hr@gmail.com and state your availability
