Job Summary Manage customer accounts and develop new sales opportunities while ensuring effective merchandising and competitive market monitoring to drive sales growth and brand presence in retail outlets. Responsibilities Manage and service assigned customer accounts to maintain satisfaction and retention Identify and secure new sales opportunities to expand market reach Build and maintain professional relationships with retail buyers and store personnel to support sales objectives Conduct merchandising activities at retail outlets, including NTUC stores, to enhance product visibility Ensure proper product display, stock replenishment, and inventory rotation to optimize sales and reduce waste Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies Assist with promotional and sales activities to support marketing campaigns and increase product uptake
