Operations Executive

Job Description Arrange and schedule daily jobs to operators/drivers Ensure daily order and Daily Records File are duly recorded and updated Generate relevant operational documentation i.e. LM. Follow up closely the job status with suppliers / drivers / customers even during non-working hours Monitor and manage vehicle GPS tracking system Handle client’s complaints/disputes in a professional and personalized manner Handle drivers’ complaints and assist them to settle the work-related issues To orientate new Operators (i.e. recording of time-sheets, work orders, repair contacts etc.) Assess driver performance and complete Performance Appraisal form Coordinate for prime mover and cranes maintenance, vehicle inspection and servicing Compute drivers’ commission Look for supplier cranes for support when our cranes are fully booked Keep track the stock of drivers log book, DO and time sheet Assist driver for reimbursement expenses, if any Any other duties as assigned by the Management Job Requirements Minimum 1 year relevant working experience Pleasant personality and attention to details Good customer service oriented Good team player
