Sales Administrator / Co-Ordinator

Job Description: • Assist in Sales and Marketingactivities, issue quotations and prepare marketing materials. • Admin and co-ordination support:documents filing, issue sales order, invoices and delivery orders • Arrange daily delivery schedules. • Liaise with customers to secureorders. • Provide sales related support inall areas of order fulfilment. • Handle call-in / walk in salesenquires and orders. Job Requirements: • multi-tasking, self-starter,independent with good initiative and interest in continuous learning. • Pleasant personality. • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills. • Good command of written and spokenEnglish. • Able to communicate with customersfrom all levels. • Proficiency in Microsoftapplications like excel, word, power point, etc • Certificate / Diploma in anydiscipline and preferably with 2 years related experience. • Excellent opportunities for jobadvancement.
