Operations Assistant

Job Summary You will manage customer orders by picking, packing, and dispatching products accurately and on time. You will receive, check, relabel, and pack products while maintaining healthy stock levels and participating in stock takes. You will rotate across departments and take on additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Process customer orders and ensure timely dispatch to meet delivery schedules Pick and pack daily orders accurately to maintain product quality Receive, inspect, relabel, and pack products to ensure correct inventory handling Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to maintain healthy inventory Participate actively in stock take activities to verify inventory accuracy Adapt to rotation across departments and take on increased responsibilities as needed Communicate effectively with team members using messaging platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to support team goals Handle various produce including pork products safely and efficiently Carry heavy items during packing to support operational needs Required competencies and certifications Ability to carry heavy items when packing (essential for safe and effective handling) Preferred competencies and qualifications Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Effective communication skills to interact with team members Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Cheerful personality with a can-do spirit to foster positive teamwork
