Service Technician (Marine Industry)

We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our regional Service Team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide technical support across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region for marine and industrial equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, problem-solving, customer interaction, and regional travel. Comprehensive training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Responsibilities: Perform inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of marine and industrial equipment. Carry out equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and on-site servicing. Prepare accurate service reports and technical documentation after each assignment. Coordinate service schedules and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely project execution. Support warehouse operations, inventory management, and maintenance of service tools and equipment. Provide professional technical support and maintain good customer relationships. Travel within Singapore and overseas for service assignments as required. Requirements: ITE, Diploma, or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience with marine equipment, diesel engines, gearboxes, generators, or rotating equipment is an advantage. Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply. Structured on-the-job training will be provided. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with SAP is an advantage. Able to work independently and in both workshop and on-site environments. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Manual Driving Licence. Willing to travel overseas on short notice when required.
