Production Operator [Tampines]

Job Objective: Assisting with fulfilment of production orders Perform soldering tasks on various antenna components according to technical specifications. Ensure all soldered connections are secure and meet quality standards. Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to understand soldering requirements. Communicate any discrepancies or issues found in the drawings to the supervisor. Maintain and calibrate soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance. Report any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team. Assisting with quality test and inspection Liaising with other departments as required fulfilling orders and ensuring manufacturing proceeds according to the needs of the customers and the business. Assisting in maintaining the efficient operation of the manufacturing area. Perform heat shrink operations on products as required. Assisting resolution of problems and implementing process improvements to gain efficiencies and reduce wastes (Time, process, material) and advising of any issues or improvements Assisting in maintaining a clean working environment, by cleaning work areas and shop floor at regular intervals. Maintaining safe working environments by following relevant H&S procedures and advising of any issues or improvements.
