Responsibilities · Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering support on HR policies, benefits, and systems to enhance the employee experience. · Own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to secure the right hiresfor business needs. · Champion data integrity by managing all HRIS transactions and audits, leveraging people analytics to generate actionable business insights. · Partner with internal teams (Service Delivery, Finance) and external vendors to execute core processes including Insurance renewals etc. · Provide advisory support on payroll-related matters to ensure compliance. · Own and support key HR projects, not limited to government funding applications, to optimize the mechanisms behind our people programs. · Act as a trusted HR advisor to BU Heads and employees, providing coaching on the full employee lifecycle from performance management to employee relations. Preferred Qualifications · At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a HR Shared Services environment. · Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting. · Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced environment. · A demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and build trust with employees and managers at all levels. · A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and a passion for improving processes and the employee experience.
