Overview The Order Management Analyst is focused on ensuring product delivery in accordance with the needs and requirements of the customer (right time, right place, and right product) while operating within P&G policy. The Order Management Analyst is responsible for leading issue resolution related to product ordering and product delivery. They work with all necessary organizations within P&G as well as the 3rd party logistics companies and the customers to resolve any product order to delivery issues. The Order Management Analyst is a key contributor to ensuring customer satisfaction. Role Responsibilities Generic reporting Respond to customers calls & enquiries in a timely manner Ensure timely order processing with accuracy in SAP* Do order quality corrections and root cause Support product allocation Ensure order size optimization Handle emergency orders and emergency alternate procedure Handle inquiries on price, products and promotions Deliver booking and follow-up on delivery incidents with Physical Distribution Handle returns and refusals Issue reports and follow-up on results Assign correct reason codes for root cause analysis on all KPI's Participate in internal and external audits Ensure process optimization and drive loss elimination Lead team to deliver the required business result How success looks like Be the expert in customer(s) order to delivery related matters, ability to lead daily operation excellently as a team leader, capable in identifying the opportunity and process losses, drive next level of productivity and innovation to improve Cost, NOS and Cash. Role Requirements You are business proficient in the Japanese language and possess strong market knowledge of Japan as the role requires local consumer understanding to develop brand equity and strategies for the Japan market MS Office, especially MS Excel (Intermediate level) Communication skills – clearly articulate business issues in email / meetings to follow up and close tasks Mastery in Order Management related project management skill Mastery in leading the team Time management – manage multiple priorities and timelines (i.e. project management) Operational excellence: punctuality, finish tasks as planned etc. Know how to draw flowcharts to document processes Mastery in Supply chain process knowledge and SAP knowledge is preferred Basic automation skill (eg, KNMIE, POWERBI, Power automate etc) About us We produce globally recognized brands and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
