Job Summary You will develop and coordinate interior design projects from concept through construction, collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes aligned with client standards. Responsibilities Prepare plans, drawings, details, and specifications that comply with client standards and project requirements Collaborate with project managers, design coordinators, and teams to develop conceptual designs, presentations, and design documentation Facilitate contract management and administration to support effective project execution Coordinate project management activities to ensure smooth progress and timely project completion Use computer software such as PowerPoint, Photoshop, and SketchUp to create 3D models and presentations to enhance design communication Produce fast sketches and develop strong design concepts to support project goals Deliver project outcomes with a results-oriented approach, driving success and meeting objectives Work independently with integrity to achieve project milestones and maintain quality standards Communicate effectively and build cooperative relationships within the project team Partner with the Design Director and team to develop, coordinate, and implement interior design from concept through documentation, construction, and installation Preferred competencies and qualifications A recognized Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, preferably with portfolios Minimum 1 year of local working experience Conversant with local codes and regulations Good verbal presentation skills Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and AutoCAD
