Interior Designer (Mid-Level) Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 2–3 years About Us We are a Singapore-based interior designstudio specializing in both commercial and private residential projects. Ourcommercial work spans restaurants/F&B, retail outlets, and office spaces.We deliver end-to-end design solutions—from concept to completion—forcommercial and individual clients. The Role We are looking for a mid-level InteriorDesigner who can take ownership of projects across our commercial andresidential portfolios. You will work directly with clients, translate theirvision into compelling spaces, and produce the technical documentation needed to bring designs to life. Key Responsibilities Develop interior design concepts for commercial projects (restaurant/F&B, retail outlets, offices) and private residential projects Produce 3D renderings and visualizations to present design concepts to clients Prepare M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) design and coordination drawings Create detailed construction and technical drawings Identify and specify appropriate materials, finishes, and fittings for each design Support the sourcing and procurement of materials required for projects, including liaising with suppliers on availability, pricing, and lead times Liaise directly with clients (business owners and individual homeowners) to understand requirements, present proposals, and manage feedback Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle Ensure designs meet budget, timeline, and local regulatory requirements 44 work hours per week Requirements Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field 2–3 years of relevant interior design experience Proficiency in 3D rendering software Working knowledge of M&E design and coordination Familiarity with interior materials, finishes, and suppliers, including material sourcing and procurement Strong command of design and drafting tools (AutoCAD, etc.) Ability to work directly with clients and manage design communication independently Fluent in both Chinese and English (mandatory) — to serve our Chinese- and English-speaking clients Japanese language ability is an advantage Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects What We Offer Opportunity to work on diverse commercial and residential projects Direct client exposure and project ownership Collaborative studio environment To apply: Please send your resume and portfolio to contact@ensosg.com.
