Fund Accountant

Job Summary The Fund Accountant will manage financial statements, fund accounting, reporting, and NAV calculations. You will support daily fund operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating effectively within a team. Responsibilities Support investor relations, fund accounting, and portfolio reporting activities to ensure accurate and timely information flow Deliver NAV packs and reports punctually to fund managers and investors, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Manage accounting processes for multiple asset classes and funds, including liquid and non-liquid strategies Assist in fund setup processes and support various fund structures to facilitate smooth onboarding and operations Design and implement fund administration process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and resilience Liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation and support for annual fund audits Address and resolve fund-related queries from fund managers promptly and accurately Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of fund administration experience Experience in fund administration or accounting, preferably within hedge fund or private equity industries CPA, ACCA, or other relevant certification is advantageous but not mandatory Strong knowledge of financial statements, fund accounting, financial reporting, NAV, and finance principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills applied to fund accounting and reporting tasks Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Other Information Attractive compensation of SGD 3,600 - SGD 4,800 Performance bonus Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team
