Fund Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities: Accurately capture and reconcile daily transactions for the trades, ensuring data integrity in a high-volume, fast-paced trading environment. Collaborate closely with traders, prime brokers, custodians, and counter parties to ensure timely and accurate trade processing and settlement. Maintain accurate trade records and perform daily reconciliation of cash and investment positions, including trade matching, verification, settlement, novations, and confirmation of transactions. Monitor daily investment positions and cash balances to ensure operational accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Work proactively with the Investment Team, Operations Team, and external service providers, including fund administrators, auditors, banks, and custodians, to support daily fund operations. Requirement Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. 3 years of experience in fund operations, investment operations, middle office, or fund administration. Knowledge of financial products such as equities, fixed income, FX, or derivatives is an advantage. Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements and VCC framework is preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent reconciliation and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with portfolio management or investment accounting systems.
