Job Description Responsibilities: Prepare, generate and issue tax invoice (high volume) Record receipts into bank via accounting system and perform partial bank reconciliation Reconciliation daily sales and liaise with clinic staffs Main contact for external customer invoices related matters Assist in month-end closing Ad-hoc duties as required from time to time Immediate available will be an advantage Requirements: At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Able to work independently with minimum supervision Meticulous and able to multi-task and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills
