Senior/Executive, Investment Operations

We are seeking a self-driven and meticulous individual to join our Investment Operations Team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between clients, business partners and internal stakeholders. The primary responsibilities of this exciting position include a wide range of functions, including but not limited to: Provide operational assistance with trade placement, ensuring trades are executed on the platform in a timely manner, accurately processed while fully complying with internal policies and procedures Trigger and coordinate company-wide rebalancing activities with internal teams when required Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to queries from partners and the advisory team Handle cash management, settlement, and reconciliation, promptly resolving discrepancies or failures Liaise with external partners (private banks, financial institutions) on client trades, account servicing, and platform‑related enquiries Ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of operational issues Identify and resolve any trade-related discrepancies, platform issues or settlement failures Implement necessary controls and procedures to minimize risks associated with trade execution, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements Update internal stakeholders promptly on changes, updates or enhancements to any platforms Any other duties as assigned Requirements To succeed in this role, you will be someone who: Has minimum Diploma in Banking & Finance or equivalent Has prior experience in investment operations, trade execution, settlement, reconciliation preferred Has/is CMS license representative (CM-EIP, CM-SIP, RES 3) preferred Is familiar with cash management and regulatory requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Automate etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight timelines Is a strong team player Possesses initiative, drive and a strong work ethic Exhibit high level of integrity, accountability, and adaptability to embrace change Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
