Logistics Executive

Job Responsibilities Monitor and handle all incoming air and sea shipments. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Vessel Documents, Air Waybills (AWB), Bills of Lading (BL), and other related documents. Maintain and update stock inventory records. Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and Goods Receipt documentation. Coordinate with boat operators, ship chandlers, shipping agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Work closely with warehouse colleagues to ensure cargo accuracy and timely handling. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of shipping records. Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned. Job Requirements Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Basic computer proficiency Responsible, organised, and willing to learn. Able to work independently and work well in a team. Experience in shipping or logistics is an advantage but not required.
