Operations Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Operations Executive to manage ship spares and cargo logistics, coordinating shipments, documentation, and deliveries to vessels at anchorage, ports, and shipyards. Responsibilities Monitor incoming air and sea freight pre-alerts and update shipment records to ensure timely processing Prepare accurate shipping documents including Air Waybills, Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists for shipment compliance Issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Receipt Orders (RO) to facilitate cargo release and receipt Coordinate local deliveries and export shipments by liaising with boat operators, agents, and ship chandlers to ensure smooth logistics operations Collaborate with the warehouse team to verify correct item marking and identification for inventory accuracy Respond promptly to emails and maintain updated stock lists to support operational transparency and communication Preferred competencies and qualifications Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to support documentation and communication tasks Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive and proactive attitude Familiarity with the Tradenet system is advantageous but not required
