Operations Officer Location: Singapore Industry: Maritime / Engineering / Services Employment Type: Yearly Contract Work Location: Fragrance Empire Building Basic Salary: Up to $3000 Able to start work immediate or on short notice Job Summary Support and coordinate operational activities to ensure timely project execution and service delivery within the maritime and engineering sectors. Deliver accurate operational documentation and compliance adherence while providing proactive support to internal teams and clients. Responsibilities Coordinate cross-functional teams and clients to facilitate seamless project and service execution Prepare, maintain, and manage operational reports, certificates, documentation, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance Schedule, plan, and monitor operational tasks to meet project timelines and quality standards Ensure adherence to company procedures, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations throughout operational processes Provide on-site or remote operational support to resolve issues and maintain workflow continuity Manage multiple operational tasks independently, prioritizing to meet deadlines and business needs Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) to document and communicate operational progress and issues Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in Administration, Operations, Engineering, Maritime Studies, Business, or related field 1–3 years of operational experience in maritime, engineering, or project-based environments; fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proficiency in Bahasa (Malay/Indonesian) to support regional coordination efforts Knowledge of maritime, technical, or project-based operational environments Valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license or equivalent What We Offer Dynamic and collaborative working environment Competitive salary and benefits Training and professional growth support Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
